Client Services Agreements
THE AGREEMENT
This Client Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between LuxeMedia ("LM") and:
(the "Client") in accordance with the accompanying terms and the General Terms and Conditions. The Client and LM thus consent to the accompanying:
LM will utilize its earnest attempts to make top quality video and photographic pictures of the premises assigned by the Client ("Premises") to deliver a fantastic video and photographic item (with sound or other media) of the Premises, specially crafted to the determinations of the Client (the "finished Product").
After approving the specifications of the Client, LM shall submit a detailed invoice to the Client for their services with the payment amount due within 31 days.
LM will provide the Client with a digital duplicate of the marked variant of the Finished Product via Google Drive, with a restricted permit to utilise the marked rendition of the Finished Product for reasons for showcasing the Premises as well as the Client's business using any and all means, for whatever length of time that the Client wants. All marked conveyed items comprise of the customer's logo and the LM logo. LM will likewise outfit the Client an unbranded rendition of the Finished Product with a restricted permit to utilise the unbranded adaptation of the Finished Product in a private link for viewing.
General Terms & Conditions
The client and LM agrees
LM's commitment to the Client will be to ideal and expertly render its services to make video and photographs to deliver a completed video with photos and sound (if appropriate) of the Premises compliant with this Agreement (the "Completed Product"). LM will be pardoned from any liability to the Client in the occasion the Client fails to allow timely access to the Premises for the LM Staff.
The Client speaks to and warrants it has gotten (I) the unlimited assent of the proprietor or tenant of the Premises permitting the full access to the Premises by LM staff to videotape and photograph the Premises varying to deliver the Finished Project, and (ii) the affirmation of the proprietor or inhabitant of the Premises that LM will be the exclusive owner of the Finished Product and/or the Raw Images.
The Client recognises that if the shoot date is to be rescheduled inside under 48 hours then an extra expense of 25% of the total invoice will be due.
The Client recognizes this isn't a work made for hire agreement. LM will be the selective owner of the Finished Product, copyrights and other intellectual property rights and of all the original and edited content, recordings and photos made by LM to create the Finished Product (the "Raw Images"). LM may alter the Raw Images using any and all means advantageous to make the Finished Product. The Client recognises that it doesn't have any case of proprietorship or claim of copyright, patent, or other licensed innovation right to the Finished Product as well as the Raw Images.
The client agrees and understands that LM may (I) utilise the Finished Product or potentially the Raw Images for any utilisation on the LM website, their workplaces, in printed media, and for any other promotional, advertising, marketing or public relations activities or efforts by LM without limitation or restriction unless specifically discussed ( "Private/Off Market Listing")
